Smize: It's Fashion Week!!

It’s London Fashion Week and I feel it would be ignorant not to talk about it. Fashion week sets the trends for seasons to come and like the queen Meryl Streep says in Devil Wears Prada 'You're wearing a sweater that was selected for you by the people in this room'  

When it comes to high fashion I don’t know a lot about textures, colours, prints, and the new looks of Spring and Summer 2014, don’t get me wrong I love clothes, I love shopping and I love playing with different styles and looks but I don’t watch over fashion trends religiously. However this year I have been paying a little more attention, there is a buzz in London at the moment and not to mention some incredible parties. The collections so far have been interesting some I prefer more than others but nonetheless fashion constantly changes and evolves while transforming the way women dress. I look at fashion week as inspiration to apply the newest trends to whatever makes you feel sexy, comfortable and stylish. 

So for those of you that are just as clueless as I am but like to pretend like they know a thing or two about fashion here are some of my favourite looks from Burberry and Topshop Unique. Be inspired and apply what you see on the runway to your own style.  

Topshop Unique: I'm loving the bright colours and flowy summertime look 

Topshop Unique: This is a look you can either dress up or down.

Topshop Unique: I like the fact that this dress is long but still sexy without showing too much skin, perfect for a night out.

Burberry London Fashion Week: It's chic with a little bit of risk, the pastel pink colour makes it seem innocently beautiful.
